Content Policy for Custom Photo Hats

We reserve the right to refuse any order that goes against our morals and Christian values. Any submitted photos or designs that promote hate, divisiveness, profanity, or adult content will be canceled and refunded immediately. All images for Photo Hats must be cropped into 2×2-inch circles and meet our content guidelines before production.

Backorders

Backordered items may take longer to process and ship depending on product availability and resources. We appreciate your patience and will update you on the estimated delivery time whenever possible.

Shipping Policy

All orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
